If you need extra interior space in your Sprinter 144 then Flares, Capsules or Pods as they are often reffered to are the way to go! Giving you up to an extra 10″ in a very usable head to toe width ways space meaning sleeping across the van is now possible!

Crafted from durable lightweight fiberglass, Their aerodynamic design and precise body fitment ensure a seamless integration with your Sprinter van. • Capsules provide an approximated total increased lateral dimension of 11.5” in the affected areas 
• Capsules provide an approximated total increased lateral dimension of 10.25” in the affected areas if used in conjunction with the Capsule Trim Kit (sold separately)
• Fiberglass gel coated Capsules that are ready for prep, primer, and paint
• Designed using a combination of CAD & professional drafting equipment for precise dimensioning & fitment

We can arrange for our experienced local installer In Huntington Beach with 25 years of experience in auto fabrication to paint (if needed) and install your new capsules.

Approximate Capsule Install Costs:

• Install : $850 per pair
• Raptor Painted: $850 per pair
• Colour Matched Paint: $1000 per pair

Paint costs are in addition to the install cost.

To Order And Arrange An Install:

1. Make your capsule and window selection online.
2. At checkout, select “INSTALL AT  HUNTINGTON BEACH.”
3. The Install team will contact you shortly after your order has been placed to schedule your fitting appointment.

Payment for your install is payable after your job is complete.

Window Options?

Van Speed Flares can be supplied with or without windows. We recommend windows as they add light and ventilation with the added protection of a FLY SCREEN.
